Here is some important information for those of you who want to use our interview report, or have started using it!
As many of you have noticed, we have put in place our new interview report for ADEPT-15 (hooray!). At the same time, we have discovered that many people are still using jobs that they created before October 29th in 2024. These will not work with the new interview report and therefore give an error message when exporting, because they have an old scoring mechanism. If you want to use jobs created before this date, you can easily make a copy of them and they will automatically get the updated scoring mechanism.
The new scoring mechanism has a simpler way compared to before, which doesn't make a big difference that you'll notice, but the competency scores will be a bit more normally distributed with fewer extreme points, and it enables the development of new products (such as the interview report).
How do I copy an old job?
You can easily do this by going into the Job Manager-tool, finding the ID of the old job you want to copy, and pasting it into the “Copy job ID” field:
When you click “OK” you will be taken to the creation page of the job. All the competencies in the job is now the same as in the previous one. Just press save and it's ready to use!
