About vidAssess
vidAssess is an automatic and asynchronous video interview. This means that the candidate can complete the video interview when it suits them within a given time frame.
Together with a consultant here at Aon Assessment, we prepare predefined criteria that make it easy to assess the candidates' answers in a good and fair way. This means that even people who are not certified test users, such as clients or line managers, can take part in assessing the video interviews.
The video interview can contain up to ten questions. These can be specially adapted in terms of both content, recording time and the number of permitted attempts. The setup of vidAssess requires some consulting work, which follows their hourly rates.
