A multi merit list is a time- and cost-effective way of comparing many candidates at the same time. The report is generated in Excel format, and shows the scores of the candidates on all the tests they have completed. You also get an average score for each candidate that is automatically ranked from highest to lowest.

Most people use multi merit lists to generate screening-results for ability and skill assessments. It’s also possible to generate results from personality and motivational assessments, video interview with vidAssess, and situational judgement questionnaires with chatAssess.
