Price level: Standard

The recruitment report is linked to a job description (snap-it) and only shows the candidate's results for competencies that are considered essential for the job role. The report contains three parts: the candidate's results assessed against the competencies chosen for the position (key competencies), an overview of the candidate's likely behavior (key behaviour), and an interview guide to explore these results.

Interview Report | shapes (management)

Price level: Standard

The interview report is linked to a job description (snap-it) and the report therefore only gives you information about competencies that are considered essential for the job role. The interview report contains three parts: Results from the ability tests (if the candidate has completed these), an overview of how the candidate has scored on the essential competencies in shapes (management) along with an overview of the candidate's score on the underlying personality dimensions, and an interview guide with competency-based questions , but without hypotheses.
