In Norway, we are pleased to announce that a separate competency model for the public sector with ADEPT-15 has been launched as a beta version!
ADEPT-15 Public Sector is a separate competency model with an accompanying interview report designed to be relevant to the public sector. This is the successor to Shapes Public Sector, if you remember it! The model uses our personality test, ADEPT-15, and will be available in an open beta version until the summer.
You can choose between 11 key competencies for public sector employees in Norway. Then you select an interview guide with questions that are appropriate. The competency card deck will be available when the model is completed in summer 2025.
The model focuses on administrative and management positions, typically “office jobs” that require some education. For practical positions such as drivers, maintenance workers, healthcare workers, etc., we have other solutions that are better suited. The report is based on the new recruitment report, which provides you with the competencies, the underlying personality traits for each competency, all aptitude test reports, and the personality profile. All in one simple PDF! Easy to use and understand for you and the candidate.
We have created five setups that include typical public sector roles (advisor, administrative staff, finance staff, team leader, and department head). We can make these available in the system with a login ID that you send to the candidates. You will then receive a report for each candidate by email once they have completed the tests. It couldn't be easier!

Do you have any suggestions for improvements?
Great, we'd love to hear them! Open beta means that the report is not quite finished, but we want our customers to try it out for a while before we make the final changes. Therefore, we are very open to any suggestions for improvements, input on competencies, and questions, as well as hearing about what is not working and what is working well. All customers who try ADEPT Public Sector will receive a questionnaire after the beta period, which we would be very grateful if you could fill out.
