Notice: The role library is currently only available in Norwegian.

Aon's organizational psychologists have used validation studies, research and work databases to create suggested competencies and tests for 45 different roles. In addition, you will find information about each recommended test at the end of the document.

The suggested competencies can be added to the snap-it as it stands, or used as a good starting point for a conversation with the hiring manager.
