Benchmark report | All ability and skill tests

The benchmark report is used to present results from ability and skill tests, and may vary slightly in layout depending on which test the report is associated with. Most benchmark reports provide a raw score, a percentile score and a T-score. Aon Assessment Norway always recommends that you use the T-score as a starting point. Benchmark reports usually also contain some more detailed information about how the candidate has solved the test compared to the norm group.

Ability overview | All ability and skill tests

Price level: Standard

The report shows the results of all tests that the candidate has completed without showing specific numbers. The report can therefore be used by non-certified persons, such as managers. In addition, the report has a separate section that describes the test, and how the candidate has performed on the test in terms of performance and work style.

Feedback report | All ability and skill tests

Price level: Screening

The feedback report (also called a candidate report) is concise and easy to understand, but still offers satisfactory feedback on the results of the ability and skill tests for candidates. The report explains, in simple terms, how the candidate has performed compared to the selected norm group and also gives a description of how fast and accurate the candidate was on each individual test. We recommend that you always provide an automatically generated candidate report to all candidates who complete ability and skill tests.
