The report shows the candidate's scores on all 18 dimensions that are assessed, and contains a description of what it means to score on one side vs. the other side. The primary profile provides a lot of information gathered on a single page and it is easy to be tempted to talk through all of the dimensions. It will rarely be necessary or appropriate, and instead we recommend that you choose 3 - 7 dimensions that are essential to the job role and that are in line with the job analysis.

Team-up report | Views

Price level: Standard

The report is designed for development and composition of teams, and can be generated if 2 or more people complete views in the same project. The report provides an overview of how the entire team scores across the 18 dimensions summarized on a single page.
